Oh well, we have all the reasons to justify the "two nation theory" but at the end of the day, it's just a social theory and basically says "if you don't want to live together you can't no matter you are blood brothers, same religion, same clan, different religion, different clan, same language, different language... whatever". That's what happened. Two nation theory can be applied to any group/people that separate for whatever reason... ! People like you continue to be manipulated by the propoganda of the state or certain groups - in Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, USA, China.. around the world.
