Martial Law Anniversary

Today it is the anniversary of  the martial law imposed on the 3rd November by Musharraf. On that day the entire nation was plunged into darkness, a darkness that we remain in to this day. On that day, the Supreme Court was sent home, the Constitution trampled upon as a vile martial law was imposed to save the first and second skins of a vile military ruler.

Today even under the so-called dawn of democracy, martial law remains. The elected government of the people is only too happy to keep the real Supreme Court away from dispensing justice, instead favouring a Dog(gar) court.  Martial law it seems is here to stay it seems, an act authored by a military dictatorship and flourishing now under a new civilian dictatorship of Mr 10% and Co.

On the 3rd of November last year, this blog went black and a new martial law page was created with the aim of fighting the martial law. Today this blog goes black in its entirety to mark the anniversary of Musharraf’s martial law and as a sign of protest at the PPP government for continuing martial law democracy-style in this land of the pure.

- WRITTEN UNDER MARTIAL LAW (My thanks to cowards Tariq Pervez. Sabihuddin, Sardar Raza & Co for selling out)
